Intimation of change.—Every enrolled person shall intimate to the Defence Estates Officer, in Form B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Defence Estates Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
