Intimation of change.—Every landholder shall intimate to the Estate Officer, in Form 3 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Estate Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
