Application for registration.—Every landholder carrying on the cultivation of land shall make an application for registration to the Estate Officer in Form 7, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every estate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
