Intimation of change.—Every retail outlet dealer shall intimate to the Appropriate Commission, in Form VII and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
