Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a fishery in a reservoir shall apply to the Board in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
