Intimation of change.—Every implementing agency shall intimate to the Finance Commission, in Form GFR 41 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Finance Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
