Intimation of change.—Every representative assessee shall intimate to the Assessing Officer, in Form 16 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Assessing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
