Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a diesel generator set dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Divisional Forest Officer in Form IV, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sample of effluent then held; and the Divisional Forest Officer shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
