Intimation of change.—Every owner of a diesel generator set shall intimate to the Divisional Forest Officer, in Form VII and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Divisional Forest Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
