Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a diesel generator set shall apply to the Divisional Forest Officer in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Divisional Forest Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
