Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a diesel generator set who ceases to carry on the operation of a diesel generator set shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Divisional Forest Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every tree held by him has been disposed of.
