Application for registration.—Every recognised agent carrying on the representation of parties as a recognised agent shall make an application for registration to the Registrar in Form E, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every exhibit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
