Application for registration.—Every pilot carrying on the flying of aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form CA-7, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
