Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of an open school shall apply to the Board of Secondary Education in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Board of Secondary Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
