Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the teacher training institution shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
