Surrender of certificate.—Every blood bank who ceases to carry on the running of a blood bank shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 29 of the manner in which every establishment held by him has been disposed of.
