Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any keeper of a shop dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Inspector of Factories in Form V, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every standing order then held; and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
