Fees.—The fee of one hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two hundred and fifty rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Chief Inspector of Factories by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form IV; and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
