Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a shop shall intimate to the Chief Inspector of Factories, in Form IV and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
