Surrender of certificate.—Every warehouseman who ceases to carry on the warehousing of goods shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every invoice held by him has been disposed of.
