Surrender of certificate.—Every driver who ceases to carry on the driving of a motor vehicle shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every road tax receipt held by him has been disposed of.
