Intimation of change.—Every driver shall intimate to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, in Form 23 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
