Application for registration.—Every licensee of a village bus stand carrying on the running of a village bus stand shall make an application for registration to the Zila Parishad in Form 2, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every market held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
