Maintenance of premises.—Every licensee of a village bus stand shall keep the premises where the running of a village bus stand is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every assessment register kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the running of a village bus stand, and shall furnish to the Zila Parishad in Form 5, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
