Intimation of change.—Every licensed stamp vendor shall intimate to the State Government, in Form A and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Government shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
