Application for registration.—Every collector of donations carrying on the collection of donations for a charity shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form E, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every lease of trust property held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
