Surrender of certificate.—Every collector of donations who ceases to carry on the collection of donations for a charity shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every scheme held by him has been disposed of.
