Safe custody.—Every person subject to an inquiry shall keep every petition to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the appearance before an inquiry is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every petition so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Screening Committee within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
