Intimation of change.—Every person subject to an inquiry shall intimate to the Screening Committee, in Form G and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Screening Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
