Intimation of change.—Every non-banking financial company shall intimate to the Reserve Bank, in Form C and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Reserve Bank shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
