Surrender of certificate.—Every curator of a museum who ceases to carry on the management of a museum shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every antiquity held by him has been disposed of.
