Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the curator of a museum shall apply to the Authority in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
