Application for registration.—Every operator of a common service centre carrying on the running of a common service centre shall make an application for registration to the Panchayat Samiti in Form 8, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
