Application for registration.—Every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Divisional Officer in Form 12, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of occupancy held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
