Surrender of certificate.—Every fair price shop dealer who ceases to carry on the running of a fair price shop shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every consignment of food held by him has been disposed of.
