Intimation of change.—Every fair price shop dealer shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form E and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
