Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a school building who ceases to carry on the safety of a school building shall, within one day of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Executive Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every installation held by him has been disposed of.
