Application for registration.—Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application for registration to the Charity Commissioner in Form C, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every audit report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
