Application for registration.—Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Divisional Officer in Form 14, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every mutation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
