Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government dies, his legal representative shall, within five days of the death, intimate the death to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every disclosure then held; and the Central Vigilance Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
