Application for registration.—Every non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government carrying on the receipt of substantial financing from the Government shall make an application for registration to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form B, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every appeal held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
