Authorised agent.—Any non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these rules, shall intimate to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form F the name and address of the agent within ninety days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within one hundred and twenty days of the revocation.
