Application for registration.—Every deponent before a commission carrying on the giving of evidence before a commission shall make an application for registration to the Review Committee in Form C, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every emblem held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
