Intimation of change.—Every owner of a vehicle used for election purposes shall intimate to the Election Commission, in Form 8 and within three days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
