Clause 2, Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety (Incident report Control) Order, 2022 [S8K-A15]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005 (Uttar Pradesh Act 9 of 2005); (b) "organiser of a mass gathering" means a person carrying on the holding of a mass gathering; (c) "incident report" means a incident report received, held or disposed of by a organiser of a mass gathering in the course of the holding of a mass gathering; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
