Intimation of change.—Every registered supplier shall intimate to the Controller General of Accounts, in Form GFR 12-A and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controller General of Accounts shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
