Application for registration.—Every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall make an application for registration to the Controller General of Accounts in Form GFR 12-C, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every bid held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
