Intimation of change.—Every merchant banker shall intimate to the Recognised Stock Exchange, in Form C and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Recognised Stock Exchange shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
