Intimation of change.—Every cabin crew member shall intimate to the Director General, in Form CA-8 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
