Surrender of certificate.—Every principal employer who ceases to carry on the engagement of contract labour shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every muster roll held by him has been disposed of.
